PREPAID POOL SERVICE CALL - PRIORITY SERVICE QUEUE
A service call is for an hour or less and does not include parts. We will come onsite, diagnose the issue and advise you as to what needs to be done. Hopefully we won't need any parts and we can fix your issue within the hour, but if we do need parts or if the resolution takes longer than an hour, we can supply you the quote on the spot. If parts are required we can order them and once they arrive, we will schedule in a time to replace them. All parts ordered must be pre paid. A service representative will contact you to confirm the scheduling of your service call!
